Short Note : 1. The petitioner was employed as a charge hand by the Heavy Electrical's Ltd. Bhopal. He was dismissed from service on the ground that he abused and misbehaved with his superior officer. The Labour Court, enquired into the misconduct itself and came to the conclusion that the misconduct was proved. The Industrial Court, after reviewing the evidence, came to the conclusion that the finding of misconduct was fully justified. 2. There is absolutely no force in this petition. This Court cannot reassess the evidence which has been examined by the Labour Court and the Industrial Court. It is not a case where the finding of misconduct is based on no evidence. Petition dismissed.
