Short Note : 1. The petitioner's contention is that he was not given reasonable opportunity to defend himself during the enquiry as contemplated by Rule 14 of the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965. The questions argued before the Court in this petition involve disputed questions of fact in the opinion of this Court the remedy by a Civil Court is an alternative remedy in such cases. Petition dismissed.
