Short Note : 1. Having regard to the fact that the injury was caused with a knife on the vital part of the body cutting the intestines at four places, this Court is of the opinion that the intention of the appellant was to cause such bodily injury as was sufficient in the ordinary course of nature to cause death. The offence under section 307 is clearly made out against the appellant. Appeal partly allowed.
