Short Note : In the appeal, the State of M.P. had challenged the order of acquittal of the respondents under section 302 read with section 34 of the Penal Code. Held: This Court finds that the prosecution version of the occurrence is doubtful and the defence of the respondents probablises that they had acted in exercise of the right of defence of person. Views of the Additional Sessions Judge are reasonable and could not be held to be erroneous. This Court finds no ground to interfere with the order of acquittal. Bahalsingh v.
