Short Note : 1. The non-applicant filed a suit under section 6 of the Specific Relief Act 1963 for restoration of possession of the suit property. An amendment application was moved by the plaintiff which was allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs. 70. Held: Having examined the record of the trial Court, this Court finds that the amendment was allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs. 70. This amount of costs so awarded has been accepted by the defendant @n 7-5-79. When that is so, the defendant now cannot contend that the amendment should not have been allowed. In these circumstance, on this ground alone the revision application is liable to be rejected. Revision dismissed.
