Avadh Behari Rohatgi ( 1 ) IT is not disputed that the building wasconstructed in 1975-76, and that it enjoys a rent holiday for five years underthe Rent Act. The Municipal Corporation is assessing the petitioner on thebasis of the agreed rent which, under the Statute, shall be deemed to be thestandard rent of the premises for a period of five years. We see nothingwrong in this assessment of the Corporation and dismiss this petition inlimine.
