( 1 ) HEARD counsel. Special leave granted. ( 2 ) IN compliance with the Order passed by this court on 2/09/1980, the appellants have surrendered and they agree to deposit a sum of Rs. 3,500. 00 each by way of fine in this court during the course of the day. In view of this, the sentence imposed upon the appellants is reduced to six months rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 3,500. 00 each. ( 3 ) THE total amount of Rs 7,000. 00 shall be remitted to the court of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Nainital. The learned Assistant Sessions judge will, on proper identification, arrange to pay Rs. 3,500. 00 to each of the two injured persons, namely, Udairam, Public Witness 4 and Sher Singh Public Witness 6. ( 4 ) THE appeal shall stand disposed of in terms of this order.
