JUDGMENT : After hearing counsel we are satisfied that the order passed by the Delhi High Court is clearly erroneous. Mr. Nariman, appearing for the respondents tenants, says that his clients would be willing to hand over vacant and peaceful possession if time to vacate is given to them upto 31.1.82. We accordingly set aside the impugned decree and order passed by the High Court and decree the Landlords suit for ejectment. The decree will not be executed till 31.1.82 if the tenants file the usual undertaking within two weeks from today. If the undertaking is not filed within the stipulated time, the decree will become executable forthwith.
