JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. On the careful consideration of the order dated 15-11-80, I am of the opinion that there is no error in it and it was a complaint case and since complainant remained absent on several dates, the learned lower court was justified in acquitting the accused. The mere fact that the complainant was a police officer, was not enough in automatic exemption in a complaint case. The leave to Appeal prayed for, is therefore, refused.Leave to Appeal refused. *******
