JUDGMENT : Fazl Ali, J. - This appeal by special leave is directed against the judgment of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh by which the respondent was acquitted of the charge under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. We have heard counsel for the parties and have gone through the judgment of the High Court as also the evidence led in the case. We find ourselves in complete agreement with the view taken by the High Court and we see no special reason to interfere with the judgment of the High Court acquitting the respondent. 2. The appeal fails and is accordingly dismissed. Appeal dismissed.
