JUDGMENT : O. Chinnappa Reddy, J. - In both these petitions it is admitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the documents upon which grounds of detention are based were not supplied to the detenu along with the grounds of detention. In view of the long line of decisions of this Court, we have no option but to direct the detenu to be set at liberty forthwith. It is so ordered.
