It is agreed by all the parties that the Company for whose benefit the acquisition has been made viz.,Indo Swiss Times Ltd., may be impleaded as a party to the proceedings. The application made by the appellant under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. to the District Judge will stand allowed. The matter may be disposed of expeditiously by the learned District Judge. 2. Special Leave to Appeal granted and the appeals are allowed in the manner indicated above with no order as to costs.
