JUDGMENT 1. Special leave granted. 2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the circumstances of the case we set aside the judgment under appeal only in so far as the sentence of rigorous imprisonment is concerned and substitute therefor the sentence of rigorous imprisonment for the period already undergone.
