JUDGMENT : "As a practice direction we direct that in all matters in which security has not yet been deposited, furnishing of security shall be dispensed with. In all matters which will be filed with effect from today, it will not be necessary to deposit any security. Filing of statements of the case in all matters is also dispensed with. The Court Masters attached to each Court will record an order in every matter, until the rules are amended, to the effect that the furnishing of security and filing of the statements of the case are dispensed with. It will not be necessary to deposit any security in the review petitions also."
