JUDGMENT : Heard counsel for the parties. The parties have agreed that appellants and respondents 4 to 9 will hand over entire House No. 1 I situated at Dharamshala Ward Chowk Pratapgarh to respondents landlord within one month from to-day for carrying on business in exchange of the premises which is in possession of the appellants. The appellants shall pay a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand) only for renovation of house No. 11 within six months from to-day to respondent No. 3 who may carry on necessary renovation of house No. 11 and shall furnish the accounts to appellants and to the Rent Controller. The rent of the house shall be determined by the Rent Controller. If the appellants and respondents 4 to 9 fail to deliver the possession within one month from today the respondents will be free to execute the decree passed by the High Court. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
