JUDGMENT : In this case, it appears that there is no Court available to hear the case of the appellant. In the facts and circumstances of this case, therefore, we direct that Judicial commissioner may himself take up this case and decide it in accordance with law. The case is remanded to the judicial commissioner to decide it in accordance with law. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
