JUDGMENT 1. Leave granted. 2. After hearing counsel on either side we feel that the two writ petitions be heard by the High Court afresh. We are informed that yet another writ petition No. 4653 of 1980 (Avadh Bhushan Singh v. Registrar, Coop. Societies) is pending in the High Court wherein an order admitting the writ petition and granting stay of removal of the petitioner therein has been passed. The appellants case is also required to be considered on merits alongwith that writ petition which is pending in the High Court. We accordingly set aside the impugned Order dismissing these two writ petitions in limine and direct that their writ petitions be heard merits by the High Court alongwith that writ petition No. 4653 of 1980. The appellants may apply for appropriate orders seeking interim relief.
