~JUDGMENT 1. Leave granted. 2. After hearing counsel on either side, we are satisfied that it is a fit case where the question of appropriate punishment should be decided afresh by the District Court. We, therefore, set side the High Court's Order as well as District Court's Order and send the matter back to the District Court to consider the aforesaid question after giving opportunity to both the parties to lead further evidence, if they so desire.
