JUDGMENT : 1. Special Leave is granted. 2. Mr. Manoj Kumar Sharma will be admitted into one or other of the Medical College in the State of U.P. for the current academic year. We have made this order having regard to the circumstance that he had filed a Writ Petition in the High Court before we made our order dated September 17, 1982. Appeal is allowed.
