JUDGMENT : The appeal was argued at some length by counsel on either side. But at the suggestion of the Court the parties have settled their differences and the parties have accepted the Court's suggestion that the appellant shall give possession of 15 Kanals in one block out of the suit property to the respondent within three months from today with a right of way and irrigation facility, if any. The respondent will be satisfied with that portion of the land that will be delivered to him and this compromise will be in full and final settlement of the rival claims of the parties in respect of the subject matter of the suit, and there will be a decree accordingly. There will be no order as to costs.
