JUDGMENT : 1. Special leave granted. 2. Having heard learned counsel for both the sides, we are of the opinion that the respondent, M/s. Greatway, Ludhiana should pay a sum of rupees ten thousand to the appellant Manohar Lal in full and final settlement of all of his claims arising out of these proceedings. The payment shall be made within two months from today. We order accordingly. 3. The appeal will stand disposed of in terms of this order. There will be no order as to cost.
