JUDGMENT : The High Court has directed the Magistrate to consider afresh the bail application filed by the appellant Pursuant to our order dated 18.11.1982 the Magistrate has granted interim bail to the appellant. The bail so granted will subsist so long as the Magistrate does not dispose of afresh the application for bail filed by the appellant. The Magistrate will of course apply his mind to the merits of the case at the time when he disposes of that application. It is not necessary to mention that he will not allow himself to be influenced by any comments made by the Superior Courts when disposing of that application. The appeal in this court is disposed of accordingly.
