JUDGMENT Special leave granted. 2. We are informed by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that he has already suffered imprisonment for a period of 24 days and he has also paid the fine of Rs. 2000/- imposed upon him. We are of the view that having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case and particularly in view of the fact that the drugs were found not at the shop but at the residence of the petitioner and bis wholesale and retail licences have already been cancelled it would meet the ends of justice if the sentence imposed upon the appellant is reduced to that already undergone by him. We accordingly allow the appeal and while retaining the sentence of fine reduce the sentence of imprisonment to that already undergone by him. Appeal allowed.
