JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. 2. It was submission of Mr. B.R. Arora that the police after investigation has submitted the negative final report and he. therefore, does not went to press this application under section 482 Cr. PC. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by Mr. B.R. Arora this application under section 482 Cr. PC. is dismissed. It will be open to the accused to challenge any order of the judicial Magistrate in case cognizance taken against him on the negative final report of the pence. 4. With the above observations, the application under section 482 Cr. PC. is dismissed.Petition dismissed. *******
