JUDGMENT : We are informed by Mr. M.R. Barrot, learned counsel who was appearing for the appellant, original accused No. 6, that the appellant died on 22nd November, 1980 and he has produced a death certificate in that behalf issued by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. The Legal representatives of the deceased appellant have not come forward to prosecute the appeal even though there is a sentence of fine imposed on the deceased appellant. The appeal is, therefore, infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
