JUDGMENT : 1. Special Leave granted. 2. By consent it is agreed that the husband will pay a sum of Rs. 63,000/- to the wife in full and final settlement of all her claims including arrears and future maintenance. Out of this amount Rs. 21,758.33 p. which is lying in deposit in court will be allowed to be withdrawn by the wife and the balance will be paid by the appellant within three months from today, out till the payment is made there will be a charge for the balance amount on the cinema theatre to the extent of the husband's share therein. 3. The appeal stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
