Judgment- SYED M. FAZAL ALI ( 1 ) HEARD learned counsel for the parties. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case the sentence is reduced to the period already served and in lieu of the sentence remitted, we impose a fine of Rs. 7,000. 00 to be paid within two months from today. The entire amount of fine, if realised, shall be paid to injured Public Witness 1. In default of payment of fine, the appellants shall suffer rigorous imprisonment for six months. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
