JUDGMENT : O.S. No. 44/1976 pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Mangalore, South Canara District, Karnataka is transferred to the Court of Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur, Ratnanathapuram District, Tamil Nadu so that it can be heard alongwith O. S. No. 77 of 1982 pending before the latter Court. It will be for the Court of Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur to decide on an appropriate application made to it in that behalf as to whether the two suits should be tried together and if not, as to which suit should be tried first.
