JUDGMENT M. Wahajuddin, J. - The applicant should have preferred the application before the court which has taken cognizance. He could not seek any review by preferring application before the very Sessions Judge. 2. The application is summarily rejected with this observation and he may better plead bar of section 195 Cr. P.C., before the court which has taken the cognizance.
