ORDER A.P. Sen and R.B. Misra, JJ. - Heard counsel. Special leave granted. 2. Taking into consideration the relevant facts and circumstances of the case, we do not consider that any substantive sentence is called for Accordingly we direct, while confirming the conviction, that the appellant Om Parkash, shall pay a fine of rupees three thousand. In default of payment of fine, he shall suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of six months. We set aside the substantive sentence. The fine shall be paid within two months from to-day. 3. The appeal will stand disposed of in terms of this order.
