Judgment 1. This revision application is directed against an order passed by the Court below rejecting the petitioners prayer for issuing summons and if necessary warrant of arrest for procuring two witnesses. 2. By the impugned order the Court did not give any reason for rejecting the prayer. According to the petitioners case, they are persons connected with the other side and are avoiding to come to the witness-box although the petitioners have been taking proper steps for summoning them. As the Court has not given any cogent reason for rejecting the prayer, the impugned order is set aside and the Court below is directed to reconsider the prayer of the petitioners. 3. This revision application is accordingly allowed.
