JUDGMENT 1. - Heard the learned counsel for the parties on merits. 2. Bhima, who is said to be the another of the grievous injury, has been extendend the benefit of probation. 3. In the circumstances of the case, I am inclined to accept the prayer of the learned counsel for the appellant to grant the benefit of probation to the appellants. 4. In the result, the appeal is partly allowed, the conviction of the appellant is maintained and instead of sentencing them it is ordered that the appellants be released on probation provided each one of them furnishes a personal bonds for a sum of Rs. 2,500 (rupees two thousand and five hundred) with one surety in the like amount, each, to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Sirohi, to appear and receive sentence whenever they are called upon to do so, within a period of six months. In the mean time to keep peace and be of good behaviour.Appeal partly allowed. *******
