JUDGMENT Wahajuddin, J. - The protest petition simply refers to affidavit filed before the Police. The Magistrate after considering the materials i.e., Police record, did not find a case. The final report has been accepted accordingly and there cannot be any grievance against the acceptance of final report. This application is summarily rejected, but as an independent complaint can always be filed regarding the same matter citing witnesses etc., that liberty is always there. 2. A copy of this order may be supplied to the applicant's Counsel on payment of usual charges.
