ORDER : Issue show cause notice to Respondent No. 1, (Secretary to Government, Legislature Department, Andhra Pradesh Legislature (Council Secretariat), Public Gardens, Hyderabad) returnable on March, 27, 1984, we direct that the petitioner shall not be arrested in pursuance of any process or warrant issued by the Legislative Council, Andhra Pradesh, or by the Committee on privileges of the Legislative Council, in case such a process or warrant is issued. 2. Intervention application filed by the Editors Guild of India, is allowed. 3. The writ petition will be listed on March 27, 1984.
