JUDGMENT : 1. The petition is clearly not maintainable The prayer to quash the notice issued by a Lawyer before filing a suit Is untenable. The only other prayer Is that the recommendation of the District Level Committee for the grant of further loan of Rs. 11.90 Laos to the Petitioner by the State Bank should be implemented. It is open to the Petitioner to make representation to the authorities concerned. No. writ petition lies for enforcing such recommendation of the District Level Committee, The petition is thus dismissed in limine.
