JUDGMENT ORDER:— In view of our decision in Hari Singh v. State of U. P., AIR 1984 SC 1020 Civil Miscellaneous Writ Petition No. 11476 of 1982 on the file of the High Court of Allahabad out of which this special leave petition arises also suffers from laches. Hence this. special leave petition which is filed against. the order vacating the interim order in that writ petition is also dismissed. The High Court will now proceed to dispose of the writ petition accordingly. Petition dismissed. For Citation: AIR 1984 SC 1380
