JUDGMENT S.Z. Hasan, J. - This is petition under Section 482 Cr. P.C. Heard parties counsel. The accused persons are confined in District Jail, Lucknow. They have prayed for holding their identification test in the aforesaid jail in respect of a crime relating to district Unnao on the ground that there is apprehension of their being shown to witnesses in case they are transferred from Lucknow to Unnao. They have filed an affidavit. There is no counter-affidavit. The prayer appears to be reasonable. The Identification test of the applicants in respect of crime of 218 of 1983 under Section 396 I.P.C. P.S. Achalganj, District Unnao be held in District Jail, Lucknow at the expense of the petitioner as prayed. The C.J.M., Unnao to calculate the expenses in this connection and ask the petitioners to deposit the same first and thereafter the identification test in respect of the aforesaid crime will be held in District Jail, Lucknow. 2. A copy of this order be given to the counsel for the applicants today, if possible, on payment of necessary charges.
