ORDER : 1. Since Mrs. Justice Manohar had herself directed that the writ petition should be listed for hearing on 23rd January, 1984 peremptorily, we hope that it will be possible for the learned Judge to dispose of the writ petition as soon as possible preferably before July 15, 1984. 2. The injunction will continue to be in force until July 31, 1984, subject to the result of the writ petition. 3. Liberty to the parties to apply to this Court if, for any reason, the writ petition is not taken up for hearing before July 15, 1984. 4. The special leave petitions will stand disposed of in terms of this order.
