ORDER : 1. The applications for stay above mentioned being called on for hearing before this Court on the 14th day of September, 1984, UPON perusing the applications and the accompanying documents AND hearing Counsel for the Petitioners herein THIS COURT DOTH pending the hearing and final disposal by this Court of the applications for stay abovementioned after notice, ORDER (1) that the operation of the impugned notification (Notice) dated the 1st September, 1984, issued by the Respondent No. I herein viz, Coohin Devaswom Board, Trichur be and is hereby stayed; (2) that no further steps shall be taken by the respondents herein in pursuance of any selection, if made; (3) that the Petitioner viz P. Damodaran Namdoodiri in Writ Petition No. 14117 of 1984 shall be permitted to continue in his post in Cochin Devaswom Board until further orders.
