body1984
ORDER : 1. The matters are adjourned for three weeks to enable the learned Attorney General to furnish particulars as regards the plaint made in item (b) of Annexure `E' at page 35 in W.P. No. 11716/84. We are also of the view that the guidelines will have to be scrutinised further and some sort of restrictions may have to be put regarding the transferability of the vehicles, which are allotted on discretionary quota basis. We, therefore, direct that in the light of the above observations, there will be no further allotment of cars hereafter out of the "Manufacturer Directors Discretionary Quota".
