JUDGMENT This revision by the defendant No.6 in the suit is directed against' the Trial Court's order, rejecting his applications for framing additional issues on the question of Court fees and for amendment of his written statement. Held: It is not disputed that the application for framing additional issues was made after the close of the plaintiff's evidence. The application for amendment of the written statement was made to meet the objection that the written statement did not show that on the date of suit, the valuation of the suit properties, as mentioned in the plaint, was wrong. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I am of the view that this revision must be dismissed on the short ground that even if the impugned order is allowed to stand, it would not cause any failure of justice or any irreparable injury to the applicant. For this reason, no case for interference under section 115 C.P.C. is made out. Revision dismissed
