ORDER : This writ petition was filed by the original complainant Shri Ramdas Shrinivas Nayak questioning the decision of the special Judge that a private complaint is not maintainable. In view of the decision in Criminal Appeal No. 356 of 1983 with Transferred Case Nos. 347 of 1683 and 348 of 1983. This petition does not survive and stands disposed of as unfructuous.
