JUDGMENT K.S. Sidhu, J. - Heard Mr. Jain and perused the record. I do not find any valid ground to entertain this writ petition and interfere with the investigation merely because on earlier occasions the crime was investigated and the police had made reports, from time to time to the Magistrate giving their opinions that the material collected by them did not justify the forwarding of accused persons for trial. There is no bar in the code of criminal procedure or in any other law to the police starting investigation over again and then to collect material against suspect. The suspect in such circumstances hat no locus standi to challenge the commencement or recommencement of the investigation. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed in limine. *******
