ORDER : Petitioner Abdul Rehman Antulay preferred Criminal Revision Application No. 363 of 1983 against that part of the order of Special Judge Shri R.B. Sule by which his contention that there was error in taking cognizance of the offence when accused No. 2 is described as persons known and unknown. This criminal revision application stands transferred to this Court. It was heard alongwith. This group of matters. There is no substance in any of the contentions raised in the criminal Revision application and the same is rejected.
