JUDGMENT H.N. Seth, Acting C.J. and J.N. Dubey, J. - By means of this petition, the petitioner questioned the right of the Zila Parishad to regulate the trade of collecting bones, hides and Skins of dead animals within its jurisdiction by issuing licences or auctioning the same. In the case of Jaggu and Six others v. Zila Parishad, Gonda and others, 1981 UPLBEC page 61, the Full Bench of this Court (Lucknow Bench) has ruled that the Zila Parishad can regulate such trade provided appropriate Bye-law have been framed. In this view of the matter. We find no merit in this petition, which is dismissed. However, we make no order as to costs.
