JUDGMENT 1. - By this application under Section 482 Cr. PC the applicant is seeking the review of the judgment of this Court dated 201h September, 1984 in DB Cr. Appeal No. 496/1983. In view of the decision of the Supreme Court in State of Orissa v. Ram Chander Agrawala, AIR 1979 SC 89 such a petition is not maintainable and the High Court cannot review or alter its judgment in exercise of its inherent powers except as permissible under Section 362 Cr. PC. The present case is not covered by Section 362 Cr.PC because it is not the case of the applicant that the judgment of this Court suffers from any clerical or arithmetical error. 2. Shri Bajaj has invited our attention to the decisions of this Court in Sunder Doss and Another v. State of Rajasthan, 1979 Raj. Cr. Cases. 232 and Genesha Ram v. State of Rajasthan, 1968 Cr. Law Journal, 1672 . In view of the decision of the Supreme Court referred to above the said decisions no longer held the field. The application is, therefore, dismissed.Petition dismissed. *******
