JUDGMENT H.N. Seth, Acting C.J. and J.N. Dubey, J. - The points raised in this petition are squarely covered by a decision of this Court in the case of Indraraj Singh Yadav v. U.P. Madhyamik Shiksha Sewa Ayog, Allahabad and others, 1984 UPLBEC page 510 and the judgment dated 23-4-1984 rendered by this Court In review application in writ petitions No. 14945 and 14946 of 1983. Learned Standing Counsel has also informed us that the said judgments have received the approval of the Supremo Court when it declined to grant Special Leave vide its order dated 17-8-1984 [Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 6367 of 1983]. 2. In view of the aforesaid decision of the Division Bench of this Court we find no merit in this petition which fails and is dismissed. Parties are directed to bear their own costs. Stay order is vacated.
