JUDGMENT K.N. Singh and A.N. Dikshita, JJ. - Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the affidavits, we are of the opinion that the Commission has not committed any apparent error, or acted in arbitrary manner in calling the candidates for interview or making selection. In the circumstances, we do not find any merit in this petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
