ORDER : 1. Issue notice returnable on 8-7-85. The notice will also state that the court would consider whether the prosecution launched against the petitioner should be quashed. There will be an exparte stay of further proceedings and the petitioners will not be compelled to appear in the court of the Magistrate, pending notice.
