JUDGMENT 1. - The complainant lodged a report which was registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 307 TPC. The police after investigation submitted a final report before the M.J.N. Laxmangarh (Alwar). The learned Magistrate, accepted the final report. Against that order of acceptance the present revision petition has been filed. 2. Heard Mr. Tiberwal, learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Magistrate, has accepted the final report submitted by the police. If the complainant has any grievance against the acceptance of the final report, remedy is available to him and can file a private complaint in the court of learned Magistrate having Jurisdiction. 3. I see no reason to interfere in the order of accepting the final report submitted by the police. The complainant may be if advised to file a complaint in the court, with these observations the revision petition is dismissed summarily.Revision dismissed. *******
